RE: Mike Boyd
The Spine Center team and B.A.S.E. classes at DHAC have helped him to not only transform his exercise routine but, his quality of life as well, allowing him to live without pain.
He can now walk longer distances, stand still for greater lengths of time, sit more comfortably, and get up and down with ease. His back and neck pain is nearly gone.
Mike has worked out for all of his life. He says, “Nothing else I have done can compare to the results I’ve experienced from the combination of the incredible care I received in the Spine Center and attending B.A.S.E. classes.”

RE: Joan Williams
Joan came back from her wonderful vacation. She especially noticed that this year, carrying around her giant suitcase around the airport was much easier.
Airports are a giant balance hazard due to the rushed atmosphere and large crowds. The last thing she wanted to do on her way to vacation is to suffer from a fall.
She says, “It’s the small activities we do during our daily lives we should not take for granted.”

RE: Margaret Whitbread
Margaret takes her grandchildren to the ocean every year to spend time with them. This year was a special year though because Margaret got to do something she never imagined being able to do.
She says her grandchildren always try to get her to go in the water to play, but because of her balance issue she could not. After taking the program, not only did she have the confidence enough to surprise her grandchildren in the water, she had no trouble keeping her balance!
By improving her balance, Margaret and her grandchildren can now share new memories together.
